SHIPPING

When your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email, which will include your tracking number. You can track and trace your order using this number. Please note that order status may take up to 1 hour to update after the order has been placed.

A signature may be required upon delivery of your order. 

Please note that our service is not a named delivery service and as such anyone at the designated delivery address may sign for your delivery. We will not be liable for a lost or missing order that has been signed for in a building, for example an office address that has been provided as delivery address.

DELIVERY COSTS AND TIMES 

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipping. Please note that in some areas of the UK and Europe there is a limited range of delivery services available. We will endeavour to send your order out as quickly as possible but we cannot be responsible for delays as a result of remote delivery locations or adverse weather conditions. 

Currently we offer NEXT DAY DELIVERY and STANDARD DELIVERY for  UK orders and STANDARD DELIVERY to EU/European countries. For EU/European orders below £30 a flat shipping fee of £6 applies. For orders outside UK and Europe, please contact us regarding shipping costs.

*EU/European countries include the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Holland, Norway, Switzerland. Please shipment to Gersey leaves by post only.  

Please note that deliveries to Norway and Switzerland may be subject to customs delays outside of our control. In such instances we cannot be responsible for any customs or import charges placed on your delivery.

We provide express delivery, 1-2 days, for UK and 2-3 day for other countries in Europe.

Orders placed Mon-Fri before 12:00 GMT will be sent on the way to you on the same day of order.

Orders placed between midday Friday and Sunday (or on public holidays) will be dispatched the very next business day.

 

    RETURNS POLICY 

    Items should be returned within 14 days of their delivery date, unused and with all stickers attached. Our product packaging is considered to be a part of the product and must be returned with the goods. This is also to ensure that the product(s) arrive back to us in a suitable and undamaged state. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused. 

    Where provided, belts and any packaging such as instructions, authenticity cards, dust bags, and leather tags should be included with your return.

    Products that may be faulty or unfit for purpose should be returned within 14 days of the delivery date alongside the product packaging and where provided, belts and any packaging such as instructions, authenticity cards, dust bags, and leather tags should be included with your return. Please note that we are unable to offer a refund or exchanges for headphones that have been opened, tested or partially used.
